Dhaka-- – Notre Dame College emerged as metropolis zone champions in the Dhaka Education Board Inter-college Cricket tournament beating Dhaka State College by six wickets in the final yesterday (Monday).

At the Lalmatia Housing Society Boys School and College ground, Dhaka State College batted first to score 142 for 4 in the stipulated 25 overs. In reply, Notre Dame College reached their target making 143 runs for 4 in 24 overs.

Brief score: Dhaka State College – 142 for 4 in 25 overs. Belal not out 44, Imam Hossain 29, Saiful Haq 2/20 and Ashraful 2/33.

Notre Dame College - 143 for 4 in 24 overs, Ashraful 33, Saiful Haq not out 31 and Masud 21.
